Omed provides equal opportunities for women and men. Omed strives for a balanced distribution of positions for women and men. We believe that the rights, duties and opportunities of women and men do not depend on whether they are born male or female.
However, Omed concentrates its help currently on disadvantaged girls and young women, who are often more in need of support due to the local inequalities caused by historic factors, culture and religion.
